Station 1201 will close out Saturday of the BrewFest with performances from 3:45 – 4:45 and 5:15 – 6:15.
Station1201’s fusion of reggae, rap-rock and R&B was created in the suburbs of Washington D.C., where singer/songwriter Shawn Hillman, Kenny Day, Brian Boone, Steve Meade, and Dan Messeca launched the group in 2007. The band name derived from Station from a member’s former band and 12:01 from the time when Shawn Hillman said it was late and time to go on 3 consecutive days. Station1201 is an original band that plays covers very well.
